The newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, Timothy O’Brien uses your email address to send the But Is It Open? newsletter and book updates. The form sends your address securely through Google Cloud to Kit, the email service provider. It adds you to the But Is It Open? reader audience. It does not sign you up for another book’s newsletter.
Signing up is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. We do not sell your address. Read Kit’s privacy policy.

Hosting and security
Google Cloud and Firebase host this site. Cloudflare manages its domain records. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service. The newsletter endpoint does not deliberately log submitted email addresses.
Reading material
Selected book passages and source notes are public here. The complete manuscript is not offered for download. The book is forthcoming; this site does not currently take payment or offer a preorder.
